The Last Straw (Pigeon-Blood Red) by Ed Duncan Book Review

Was given a few a free copy in exchange for an honest review.

Although I have a read the first book a while ago I forgot how the story progressed but as soon as Rico came to view it all came back to me.

As soon as I started the first chapter I was hooked. The story is about a sixteen a year old girl, Sandra who witnessed a carjacking in result a man gets killed. Sandra has to testify what she saw in court. However, a crime boss wants to silence her. Why? I can’t say.

Rico has been asked to take Sandra out despite being cold and heartless he doesn’t kill women nor kids, and his plate is full, dealing another hitman D’Angelo.

The writing is easy and the story moves along smoothly. The characters are well developed kept me knowing more. Entertaining read. Get it here
